Woodystock Blues: A Hand Up Foundation was created around a simple belief: adults living on the autism spectrum deserve continued opportunities for education, connection, creativity, and community.
We are a foundation dedicated to providing support and assistance to families of adult children living on the spectrum — through education, the arts and entertainment — and to providing compassionate education to the general public about the unique struggles these adults face. We promote autism awareness, community support and neighborhood values.
For families of adults on the autism spectrum, the transition beyond childhood can bring new challenges and fewer opportunities for support.
Our foundation works to help bridge that gap by supporting education, the arts, entertainment, family connections, and greater autism awareness within the community.
Our mission is to support families of adult children living on the autism spectrum through education, the arts and entertainment while promoting autism awareness, community support, and neighborhood values.
We believe meaningful support begins with people coming together.
We work to create opportunities for adults on the spectrum to learn, participate, and pursue their interests.
We believe communities are stronger when everyone has the opportunity to take part.
We support relationships between individuals, families, caregivers, organizations, and the wider community.

Our foundation is built by people who care deeply about creating opportunities and stronger connections for adults on the autism spectrum and their families.
